These terms govern your use of the Velay booking platform. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them.
1. The service
Velay helps you discover and book time slots at partner sports and gaming venues. Venues set their own availability, pricing, and house rules. Your contract for the actual session is between you and the venue; Velay provides the booking technology.
2. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Payment, refunds, rescheduling, and no-show policies depend on the venue and the options shown at checkout. Contact the venue or our support email if you need help with a specific booking.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform (for example, fraudulent bookings, harassment, or attempts to disrupt our systems). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users or partners at risk.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or from services delivered by third-party venues. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version on this page; material changes may be highlighted in the app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
